When you hire a licensed contractor, you can be sure that they have met the experience and other requirements as set forth by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. If you hire an unlicensed contractor who botches your job, the Registrar has no authority to enforce performance from such individuals. Often your only recourse is a long and costly legal process, which usually ends ub being a dead end.

Why is Insurance Important?

If a contractors employee is injured on your job, and that contractor does not provide workmens comp insurance, YOU can be sued and held liable for the employees injury. Do not allow any contractor on your property unless they can furnish you with proof of workers comp insurance. All of our crews carry such certificates with them, and you should insist on seeing it.
